Phase One -
Eliminate & heal

In this phase participants will complete a 28-day food elimination, focused on eliminating foods that cause dysfunction in the gut. Participants will eliminate grains, vegetable and seed oils, dairy, refined foods, sugar, legumes, and alcohol from their diet.

This phase will help give you a clean start toward your nutrition goals. Our primary goals during Eliminate & Heal are to identify dysfunction in the digestive process, heal the gut to improve absorption of nutrients, and decrease toxicity in our food and bodies.

Phase Two -
Properly Sourced
and Prepared

During the PS&P phase of the program, we help you understand what to eat and how to eat it. We will guide you through food reintroduction after the elimination process. For many people, the way a food is prepared will make a difference in how your body reacts to it.

We will teach you how to find the best sources of whole-foods and how to prepare those foods in a way that will preserve the greatest amount of bioavailable nutrients.

Phase Three -

After healing and learning how to source and prepare your foods,  you will need to learn how to maintain this lifestyle for long term benefits.

The Lifestyle phase of the DNP will give you the tools you need to successfully navigate the world of eating a whole-foods diet. We’ll work on building a healthy and positive relationship with food and the role it plays in your life.

Phase Four -

Not all food is created equally and occasionally we will need to supplement our nutrition to meet the demands of our active lifestyles.

During phase four we teach you how to fine tune your nutrition and what foods and products can be added to give you that extra spark while you're out living life.

Phase Five -
weight management

While many people will experience weight loss, the DNP is not exclusively a weight loss diet. In fact, it is not a diet at all. It is a health restoring nutrition program aimed at educating our members on whole-foods nutrition. We understand that sometimes members want to make a weight change, and during the final phase of the program we will teach you how to go about intentionally gaining or losing weight in a safe and sustainable manner.
